The HRS heat recovery system (Heat Recovery System) is an advanced technology designed to improve energy efficiency in industrial processes, reduce operating costs, and support environmental sustainability.

Available in air-to-water and air-to-air configurations, the HRS system recovers thermal energy from high-temperature exhaust air streams and reuses it to preheat process air or supply other production processes.
This solution is particularly suitable for energy-intensive industrial applications.

HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEMS – AIR/AIR CONFIGURATION

The HRS A2A heat recovery system enables the transfer of thermal energy from high-temperature exhaust air to a secondary air stream, typically at ambient temperature, which is preheated and reintroduced into the process.
Constructed in stainless steel and equipped with fully removable shell-and-tube heat exchanger coils, the system is compatible with any production line and can also be installed in retrofit applications.
The HRS A2A cross-flow heat recovery unit ensures efficient thermal transfer between hot exhaust air and incoming fresh air. Heat is transferred through convection and conduction, while keeping the two air streams completely separate, ensuring high efficiency without any risk of cross-contamination.

The air/water system is designed to transfer thermal energy from exhaust air to a closed water circuit, with the purpose of heating process water for reuse in applications such as washing systems, preheating, or industrial climate control.
Constructed in stainless steel and available in modular, custom-engineered configurations based on airflow and temperature requirements, the system is compatible with any production line and can also be installed in retrofit applications.
